Chairman's Message
In 2024, as the challenges of global climate change grow increasingly dire, energy transition and net-zero emissions have become urgent imperatives that industries must proactively address. As a member of Shinfox Energy Group, Foxwell Power upholds the core value of “Activating a Sustainable Future” and is committed to being the most trusted professional partner on the path to net zero.
Over the past year, we took the lead in obtaining a private electricity sales license, becoming one of the first legally operating green electricity trading platforms in Taiwan. We have established over 300 wheeling sites across sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and retail. Through our proprietary platform and intelligent electricity wheeling technology, we efficiently connect renewable energy supply and demand, helping power producers secure stable revenue while offering businesses flexible and compliant green power solutions.
In the energy storage sector, we completed the construction of the landmark 50MW Yilan Energy Storage System, which significantly enhances grid stability. Meanwhile, our energy efficiency services continue to advance, assisting enterprises with energy efficiency improvement and carbon emission reduction through equipment upgrades and data analytics.
Looking ahead, Foxwell Power will continue to deepen our comprehensive sustainable energy solutions, encompassing energy diagnostics, green power procurement, and carbon credit trading, supported by integrated AI and digital energy management with efficient decision-making. We have also invested in Foxwell Certification to expand smart low-carbon services to cover SBTi target setting and sustainability report preparation, helping businesses align with international sustainability standards.
Foxwell Power (FWP) is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and non-discriminatory workplace. Guided by the core value of respecting human rights, we have established six equity commitments, including fair recruitment, promotion, and compensation systems, as well as mechanisms for preventing sexual harassment. In addition, internal consensus is reinforced through training and grievance channels. The Company supports and adheres to the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anticorruption, and is dedicated to protecting the rights of all stakeholders. In 2024, we held a total of 16 human rights-related training sessions. Going forward, we will continue to uphold our human rights commitments through both institutional measures and organizational culture, building a trustworthy and inclusive workplace.
We firmly believe that sustainability is not only about innovation in technology and services, but also a reflection of corporate culture. We continue to invest in talent, promote workplace diversity and inclusion, and fulfill our corporate social responsibility through initiatives such as beach cleanups, blood drives, and campus lectures.
