In line with Foxwell Power's vision of igniting a sustainable future, the Board of Directors formulated the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles on September 19, 2023, and established the Sustainable Development Committee on February 26, 2024, as the Company's highest-level decision-making body for sustainability. The committee is responsible for planning and executing sustainability initiatives across three key dimensions: environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG).

The Sustainability Committee annually reports to the Board of Directors on the outcomes of the Company's sustainability efforts and upcoming initiatives. This includes: (1) identifying key sustainability issues and developing corresponding action plans, (2) establishing sustainability-related goals and updating relevant policies, and (3) monitoring the execution of sustainability management practices.
